Terms of Service
Version 2026-09-23In effect since September 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of UXPLIMA - this website, your account on it, and the digital products you obtain through it. Please read them before you create an account or buy anything. They work together with the End User Licence Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Notice and the Refund Policy.
1. Who we are
UXPLIMA is operated by Siraç Özmen, a sole trader based in Türkiye (tax number 7030607904, address in the Legal Notice). “We”, “us” and “our” mean the operator; “you” means the person using the site.
You can reach us at:
- support@uxplima.com - orders, products, your account, refund requests
- business@uxplima.com - custom work, partnerships, custom licences
- legal@uxplima.com - legal matters, copyright and abuse reports
- privacy@uxplima.com - personal data requests
- security@uxplima.com - security vulnerabilities
2. Tebex is the seller
Every purchase on this site is sold by Tebex Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08129184), acting as reseller and merchant of record. When you pay, your contract of sale is with Tebex, under the Tebex Checkout Terms. Tebex takes the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt, and executes any refund.
We make the products, deliver them to your account, issue your licence keys and give the support your purchase includes. These terms govern that part, and your use of this site.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or buy anything.
- Give accurate information and keep your email address current - receipts, security notices and support replies go there.
- An account is for one person. Keep your password and any backup codes to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
- We may refuse or close a registration that is fraudulent, automated or in breach of these terms.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. What that deletes and what is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy.
4. Buying
- Prices are set and charged in US dollars. A price shown in another currency is an approximate conversion for your orientation only; you are charged the dollar amount at checkout.
- Campaign prices and coupon codes apply as shown in your cart; a coupon may have a minimum spend, an expiry or a usage limit.
- When you check out, your order is held for 30 minutes while you pay on Tebex's payment page. An order that is not paid in that time is cancelled.
- As soon as Tebex confirms your payment, the order is delivered: the files appear under Downloads in your account and any licence keys are issued under Licences.
Right of withdrawal. Our products are digital content supplied immediately. On Tebex's payment page you expressly agree that delivery begins straight away and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal (including the 14-day right in the EU and the UK). Mandatory consumer law of your country still applies. See the Refund Policy.
5. What a purchase gives you
You buy a licence to use a product - not the product itself. We keep all rights in our products. What exactly you may do is defined by:
- the End User Licence Agreement, and
- the options you chose when buying - for example the licence type, the support level, the support and update period, or the number of servers - as shown on the product page and on your receipt.
Free products are licensed under the same End User Licence Agreement as paid ones.
6. Updates
Your purchase includes updates for the period of the option you chose. You can download the latest version released within that period; a “lifetime” option includes every future version. Versions released after your period ends are not included. The licence itself does not expire because the update period does - the version you have keeps working.
We decide what an update contains and when it is released. We do not promise that a product will be updated, or that it will stay compatible with every future version of the platform it runs on.
7. Support
The support your purchase includes depends on the support option you chose:
- Standard - help from the author with using the product as described, and fixes for defects in the product.
- Enhanced - Standard, plus help with installation and setup.
Support is available for the support period of your purchase, counted from the day it was paid. It covers the product as we ship it; it does not cover changes you make to it, other software it runs alongside, or custom features. Ask for support by opening a ticket from your account or by writing to support@uxplima.com.
8. Licence keys
Some products are activated with a licence key and check in with our licence server while they run. A licence allows as many servers, sites or installations as its terms state (its “slots”). You can see your keys, their installations and deactivate an installation from your account. What a product sends when it checks in is listed in the Privacy Policy.
Do not share a key outside the person or organisation it was issued to, and do not try to bypass, disable or fake the check.
9. Acceptable use
You must not:
- share, resell, redistribute or publish our products, their files or licence keys, except as the End User Licence Agreement allows;
- remove or alter the licence notice we add to downloaded files, or try to defeat licence checks;
- use the site to break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
- probe, overload or attack the site, or access it by automated means at a rate that harms it;
- abuse our support staff or other customers.
10. Reviews and other content you post
You may review a product you bought. Reviews must be honest and about the product; we check reviews before they are shown and may decline or remove one that is abusive, off-topic, misleading or unlawful. By posting a review, a support message or other content you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and show it on this site. You remain responsible for what you post.
11. Suspension and termination
If you breach these terms or the End User Licence Agreement - for example by sharing a product or a key - we may suspend or revoke the licences involved, disable downloads, and suspend or close your account. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why and give you the chance to respond first.
12. Disputes and chargebacks
If something is wrong with a purchase, please contact us before you contact your bank or payment provider - most problems are solved quickly. If a payment is disputed or charged back, the downloads and licences of that order are suspended while the dispute is open. If it is resolved in the payment's favour they are restored; if the payment is reversed they stay closed. We may close an account used to raise disputes in bad faith.
13. Availability and changes
We work to keep the site available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may pause it for maintenance. We may change, withdraw from sale or stop offering a product. If we stop selling a product you bought, you keep access to what you bought for as long as we operate the shop.
14. Warranties
Our products are provided with the description on their product page. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, they are provided “as is”, without further warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
15. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product or from these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each version shows its version and the date it takes effect, and earlier versions remain on record. We will tell you about material changes by email and with a notice on the site before they take effect; continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the new version. If you do not agree, you can stop using the site and delete your account.
17. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Adana have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country where its law allows. Your contract of sale with Tebex is governed by the Tebex Checkout Terms.
18. Language
These terms are available in English and Turkish. If the two differ, the English version prevails.
