End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) sets out what you may do with a product you obtain from UXPLIMA, paid or free. It applies together with the Terms of Service. The product page and your receipt show which licence option you have; where this EULA says “your option”, it means that one.

1. The licence

When your order is paid, we - Siraç Özmen, operating UXPLIMA - grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the product for as long as you comply with this EULA. The product remains ours: you receive a right to use it, not ownership of it or of its source.

“You” is the person or the organisation that bought the product. An organisation's licence covers its own employees and contractors working on its projects.

2. What you may do

• Use the product in any number of projects you own or are a partner in - personal or commercial, including projects you earn money from (a game server, a website, a service you run).
• Change the product to suit your project, and keep your changes.
• Make backup copies for yourself.
• Deliver a project to a client when the product is part of it, provided the product is used only inside that project and the client cannot extract it and reuse it on its own.

3. Licence options

Standard licence. Everything in section 2, on condition that the credit the product ships with stays in place and visible, unchanged - for example a footer link, a credits line or an in-game notice. If a product ships without a credit, there is nothing to keep.

Attribution-free licence. Everything the Standard licence allows, and you may also remove or change the credit.

4. What you may not do

Under any option, you may not:

• sell, resell, sublicense, share, give away or publish the product, its files or any substantial part of them - alone, in a bundle, in a template, in an asset pack or as part of another product whose buyers could extract them;
• share your licence key, or use one licence for more servers, sites or installations than its slots allow;
• claim you created the product;
• remove or alter the licence notice we add to downloaded files, or bypass, disable or fake a licence check;
• use the product in a way that breaks the law or someone else's rights.

5. Keys and slots

Some products need a licence key and check in with our licence server while they run. Each licence allows the number of servers, sites or installations shown in its terms; you can manage installations from your account. A product whose licence is suspended or revoked may stop working.

6. Downloaded files

Files we deliver carry a small notice identifying the order they were downloaded under. It exists so that a leaked copy can be traced; removing it is a breach of this EULA.

7. Updates and support

Updates and support are not part of this licence itself: they are included for the period and at the level of the options you chose, as described in the Terms of Service. When your update period ends you keep the right to use the versions you have.

8. Ending the licence

This licence ends automatically if you breach it. We may then revoke your licence keys and remove your access to downloads, and you must stop using the product and delete your copies. A refund or a reversed payment also ends the licence for that order.

Sections 4 and 6 continue to apply after the licence ends.

10. Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, like the Terms of Service, and mandatory consumer law of your country still applies. If the English and Turkish versions differ, the English version prevails.
