Refund Policy

Purchases on UXPLIMA are sold by Tebex Limited, our reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are decided under the policy below and executed by Tebex.

1. Refund policy

When you make a purchase from us, you're buying a license to use the digital virtual items included in your purchase. Please note that this transaction is final, and we do not offer refunds. If you're banned from the Platform for violating the rules, you won't be eligible for a refund. The Platform reserves the right to enforce bans at its discretion and to modify its rules at any time. Access to the Platform is not guaranteed, and if the server is discontinued, any virtual items will be lost. All items are virtual and hold no real-world value; they cannot be exchanged for real-world currency. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

2. Your statutory rights

Our products are digital content delivered immediately. On Tebex's payment page you agree that delivery begins straight away and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal, including the 14-day right in the EU and the UK. Mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live still apply, and nothing in this policy limits them.

3. How to ask

1. Open a support ticket from your account, or write to support@uxplima.com.
2. Include your order number (it starts with UX-) and describe the problem.
3. We will try to fix a technical problem first. If a refund is due under this policy, we ask Tebex to issue it; the money goes back to the payment method you used, and banks can take up to 14 business days to show it.

4. What a refund does

A refund applies to the whole order and ends the licence for it: its downloads stop being available and its licence keys are suspended.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before you open a dispute with your bank or payment provider. While a dispute is open, the downloads and licence keys of that order are suspended. If the dispute is resolved in the payment's favour they are restored; if the payment is reversed they stay closed. We may close an account used to raise disputes in bad faith.
